Reality Check

I've been doing good the past few weeks and even started blowing my diet. I even started drinking real coffee 3 weeks ago and have drank a cup everyday for 3 weeks.
I got a wakeup call yesterday, Sunday, when I was so off balance that I had to stay home from church.
I was really nervous because it's a type of off balance I've only had once. That was Nov. 10, 2007--the day my Meniere's came out of remission and made me miserable for a full year.
I'm much better today, starting in the afternoon, and almost back to normal so I can relax.
I had a catfish dinner from Catfish King Friday night and ate the whole thing. That may have pushed it too far also.
BUT this is interesting---> I never had a vertigo attack at all. Just topheavy. Yesterday or today. Heads up.

Great Easter Sunday today. Great music at both traditional and contemporary services. I thought I would post some pics from the contemporary. The pics are from my cell phone camera which is a really inferior camera.
