This past week was about like all the rest. Real pain in the back. I told my chiro to discontinue the accupuncture because it just wasn't working. In fact I am worse the next day.
Yesterday (Saturday) I quit taking the prescription water pills (maxzide) and started with the all natural water pills I got from the health food store. My back and neck pain are almost all gone. I wonder if that trend will continue. I think the maxzide was aggravating my neck and back pain.
In church, I went to my old church and Sunday school. I expressed to my single's SS class that I'm disgusted with the liberal slant the Methodist denomination is getting into. I told them I'm gonig to a non-denominational church on the sly. I actually went there after SS.
I got a word of encouragement from a missionary gal who used to go to said non-denom church. She said that if God is leading me there that I should go for it. I'm not ready quite yet. I will continue to experiment and explore.
